Need to return your order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, Kalonn will happily provide you with a refund. Email us at info@kalonn.com.au and we will guide you through our returns process.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Items must be returned within 21 days from the order date.
  • All returns will be refunded to the original payment method. 
  • Items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. 
  • We do not refund original shipping charges.
  • You are liable for shipping costs back to our HQ. We recommend using registered post to track your item, and retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your return as been received. 
  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days once item is received at our HQ.
  • Items sent back to us without an approval will not be accepted.

CONDITION OF RETURN

All garments must be returned:

  • In the original condition, unworn and unwashed. (Free of any stains from make-up or deodorant).
  • With all tags attached and in the original packaging

DAMAGED/INCORRECT PRODUCT

Kalonn HQ undertakes strict quality assessment on every item prior dispatch and upon receiving return. 

If you believe you have received a damaged/incorrect product, please contact us immediately to have the matter evaluated.
